Location is excellent, cleanness , maintenance and untrained staff bad room mattress, filthy washroom... Nothing other then location can be appreciated , no outdoor garden maintenance, poor old furniture of restaurant and staff with old faded dress (though staff was co operative and quick) this seems to be like property has lost soul. Nothing like a well maintained resort , feels like low end dharamsala where every body is invisible.

The room was satisfactory and the proximity to the beach was a add on but that is the only part worth mentioning,the parking space was really limited and it was a challenge to park the rented car,the breakfast options were limited and repetitive,housekeeping came for room cleaning after multiple follow-ups and the staff in general was not very friendly,not worth the exorbitant prices that they are charging 👎

The location is the biggest attraction. Right on the Morjim beach, this place is for people on the lookout for a calm and peaceful stay in North Goa. The rooms are comfortable, the food is great, the environment is serene and green and the view of the beach and the sea is perfect for a leisurely stay.
